Background
We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Engineer for Pyrotechnic Systems with expertise in pyrotechnic systems and related qualification activities. The selected resource will ensure a continuous technical and managerial presence on-site, facilitating collaboration on system-level engineering tasks, product qualification, and supply chain coordination. The role also includes oversight of quality-related aspects, ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance processes, standards, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and facilitate discussions regarding pyrotechnic systems, system requirements, avionic and architecture alignment.
· Coordinate information flow between internal and external stakeholders, preparing progress updates and summary reports.
· Analyze and validate technical and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with system and contractual specifications.
· Monitor testing, qualification, and production activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
· Manage non-conformances, conduct root cause analyses, and oversee corrective actions implementation.
· Support Supply Chain activities including scheduling, contract follow-up, and supplier coordination.
· Ensure compliance with ITAR/Export Control regulations and related documentation processes.
· Represent the organization’s technical and managerial interests on-site, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
· Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent STEM discipline.
· Proven experience in supplier management, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk management in procurement and development phases.
· Strong background in system requirements management and system architecture analysis.
· Experience with testing, verification, and qualification activities (a plus).
· Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and standards.
· Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control regulations.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
· Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
· US citizenship or valid work authorization in the United States.
