We are currently looking for a "VALIDATION ENGINEER" for our customer to hire directly for a multiple locations project in Italy-Turin, Modena, Bologna, and Milan. Connected services Validation Engineer.
The Connectivity Validation team is actively searching for talents to fill open positions for individuals specializing in connectivity systems validation expertise. The selected candidate will be immersed in a hands-on role, working with state of the art technologies, in a field experiencing rapid year over year growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing test procedures, creating test setup and performing vehicle and bench tests.
The aim of the role will be to guarantee the quality of the delivered connected services and features (such as Maintenance, Insurance, Navigation & Location Based Services, Safety & Security, Driving Style, Convenience, Infotainment, Fleet Services) to the final customer.
Requirements Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications, Applied Physics, Controls, Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a related field
- Working level knowledge of performing as a validation analyst engineer for services and features inclusive of one or more of the following:
- performing functional and performances tests;
- requirements analysis;
- test cases and test procedures development and optimization;
- validation environment setup and scope definition;
- testing results analysis and reporting.
- Working level knowledge of Automotive CAN Network, Canalyzer and Dianalyzer tools
- English level: B2
- Strong interpersonal communication, team working
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with infotelematic technologies
- Familiarity with system/vehicle level simulation techniques
- Experience with automotive data recorder systems
- Knowledge of Python language
- Familiarity with test benches maintenance
