. We are currently looking for a "CONNECTIVITY PROJECT CHIEF" for our customer to hire directly for a multiple locations project in Italy-Turin, Modena, Bologna, and Milan. Albelissa aims at closing the technical gap for our customers by providing the best talent available on the market. We are always involved in large international high-tech innovative projects that carry a significant impact in the Automotive industry.    

We are working on the next generation of In-Vehicle Infotainment and Connected Vehicles.

To get there we are searching for a passionate, hard-working and committed Project Chief that will be responsible to ensure that the Connectivity contents are released on time and with the highest possible quality on a set of vehicles.

Main activities/responsibilities:

As a Project Chief you will need to:

• Be responsible for the roadmap of the Connectivity features on a specific vehicle or set of

vehicles

• Build a strong knowledge base about the Connectivity features to understand impacts and specificities on vehicles
• Interact with Vehicle responsible to match timings
• Manage suppliers to ensure components are available and ready according to plan
• Interact with production plants to introduce new SW
• Participate in War-Rooms and help define recovery strategies to solve issues
• Understanding issues in plant and ensure quick resolution

Requirements

• A background in electronics, computer engineering, telecommunications or programming
• A good understanding of the specific requirements for embedded systems and specifically for

the automotive field

• Knowledge of automotive architectures and communication protocols (as CAN, MOST and Ethernet)
• A good understanding of the protocols and security principles required for connected

applications

• Understanding of the production processes and plant logistics

• Read, speak and write English fluently (Italy only)
• Highest level of communication skills to interact with various teams in the organization and all of the involved stakeholders
• Good planning skills
• Face complex problems and propose solutions
• Ability to perform with high levels of stress

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and particularly of the Scrum framework
• knowledge of Jira project tracking SW
• knowledge of functional safety (ISO-26262) and A-Spice
