Our multinational client, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance semiconductor sensor solutions is in search of a:

Responsibilities

• As an IT Business Partner, you close the gap between Business and IT, acting as primary contact person for new requirements or project requests
• Your focus areas will be Sales (Pre-Sales, Processes, Quoting, etc.) and Demand Management (Order entry, Forecasting, etc.)
• Requirements engineering is one of your tasks, including analyzing, evaluating and clarifying new requirements and challenging their business value
• You are independently responsible for managing projects from the initialization phase over planning resources, scope and time line to execution and roll-out of the project
• Technical specifications for internal and external development projects are part of your work as well
• You ensure that integration testing is done successfully and quality standards are met
• As a team player, you try to develop a pragmatic and user-centered approach to find the best solution for all involved parties
• Your active contribution to the development of the in-house IT project management capabilities (methodology, templates, best practices, lessons learned, etc.) is highly welcome
• Analysis of business processes, preparation of project decisions and the constant improvement of existing workflows are included in your activities
• You support in defining, reviewing and maintaining the IT strategy and roadmap creation for system solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English and German
• Ability to work independently as part of a global team
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Experience with CRM and Forecast systems (e.g. SFDC, SAP Sales Cloud, ...) is an advantage
• Experience with relational databases or programming languages (Java, ABAP, …) is an advantage
