Our Austrian multinational client, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions is in search of a:

Your responsibilities:  

• Manages and Leads the Reliability Test team within the company's Corporate Quality Group
• Responsible for the reliability test lab (sustaining, calibration, 5s, safety...)
• Reliability testing of products and technologies (qualification, safe launch, monitoring, special investigations, electrical testing, full documentation)
• Design and Sourcing of test hardware (e.g. HTOL boards)
• Design and creation of test set-ups for Biased Life Tests, incl. documentation
• Support of Test Operators in electrical testing of devices
• Transfer reliability set-ups to secondary labs
• Development of best practices in reliability testing
• Equipment evaluation and qualification
• Maintenance and sustaining work on laboratory tools and equipment, typically environmental chambers
• Continuous improvement of company's Reliability Test procedures and tools
• Act as representative to internal and external customers, subcontractors and suppliers

Your qualifications:

• Technical degree (Master, BSc or equivalent) in electrical engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics industry
• 5+ years of experience in Quality. Reliability testing experience desired
• Team management experience essential
• Know-how in product reliability beneficial
• Know-how in circuit design and layouting, electrical bench testing and circuit debugging
• Highly self organizing skills and good communication skills, team player
• Good social skills and team leading capabilities
• Capable to succeed in fast paced environment
• Good English
• German skills advantageous
