Our Austrian client, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance semiconductor sensor solutions for consumer, communications, industrial, medical, and automotive markets is looking for a bright and talented professional:

The Role and Responsibilities

• Leads product development projects for our customers & working groups across the business and independently coordinates and controls complex trials within the given deadlines 
• Process management and ensures consistency, technical precision and compliance with methods of work and recommends improvements within department. 
• Manage core team for sub processes and align & contribute to other relevant processes
• Analyses results and interpretation of data to deliver results and draw business relevant conclusions and writes technical reports. 
• Management for successor product development process and maintain SharePoint for process documentation
• Work closely with Audit Manager and conducts relevant legal compliance checks and prepares full technical specification and appropriate documentation.
• Process management for sub process(es) depending on experience in relevant field

The Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or other technical discipline (field of semiconductors)
• At least 5 years of working experience in semiconductors (system engineering, technical project lead, project management or technology development), senior level
• Basic understanding and experience in process management
• Education or Experience in Quality Management and Auditing
• Experience in training and moderation of work shops
• Experience in SharePoint preferred
