Our client is a multinational group partner for the automotive sector. Albelissa has been entrusted by our customer to find a Junior Project Manager. The context the PM will operate in is dynamic and target oriented, as well as multifunctional, having daily interactions with clients and Production.
Main responsibilities:
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Main activities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- define project tasks and resource requirements
- develop full scale project plans
- assemble and coordinate project staff
- manage project budget
- manage project resource allocation
- plan and schedule project timelines
- track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- provide direction and support to project team
- constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- project evaluations and assessment of results
Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical\Automotive Engineering or similar is preferred
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar role, in automotive field
Skills:
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- direct work or training experience in project management capacity Key competencies
- critical thinking and problem solving skills
- decision-making, communication skills, influencing and leading, team work, negotiation, adaptability, stress tolerance
- excellent English both spoken and written
