Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the product line Custom Specific Displays and associated marketing teams
• Portfolio and strategy responsibility for Custom Specific Displays
• Profit and loss accountability within area of responsibility
• Responsible for market addressing, product requirements, go-to-market and lifecycle management
• Liable for personnel development and business development in the Custom Specific Displays division
• Collaborate and manage relevant stakeholders and interfaces within and outside of the Displays business line
• Contribute to the success of the Displays business line as part of the Displays Leadership Team

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in a scientific-technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, physics, chemistry or similar) or economics as well as many years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Strategic and structured approach as well as emphatic manner ideally paired with more than 8 years of successful and proven experience in leadership, business and strategy
• Extensive experience in the (optical) semiconductor, display technology or display industry
• Strong communication skills with excellent experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to move confidently in the detailed as well as in the overview level and to translate between the levels
• Several years of intercultural experience and fluency in English required
