On behalf of a multinational, we are looking for a S&A Electric Lab Sr Technician.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The objective of the position is to execute and report out test results done on electric products (e,g, ovens, radiant hobs, induction hobs). Main focus on tests done to verify compliance of the appliance to low voltage directive (standard EN 60335).
ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- Check if the product to be put in test is according to the Test Request description and solve non conformities found involving other functions as per needed
- Prepare the product so to be put in test. This require capability to change the product configuration (mainly harnesses and functional system) according to the test category
- Execute the test following prescriptions in EN standards with the support of Codes Engineer as per needed
- Prepare Test Report according to Laboratory Standards
- Share test results as per needed
- Cooperate with S&A Turkish Lab as per needed
