Field Sales Manager - High Power Electronics - Central Europe
The Field Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible to drive the growth on key accounts in Europe.
Our client is a supplier of high-performance electronic components used in high-voltage power-conversion systems. Their products are found in high-power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar and wind energy systems, electric vehicles and high-voltage DC transmission.
This figure will join the Central European Sales team for the company's High Power product line.
Responsibilities and Tasks- Drive revenue growth in Europe
- Define and implement strategies for fast growth
- Manage and drive FAE/FAE’s and the support activities in coordination with Application Engineering Team in Germany
- Understand European market; defining SAM/SoM by major market segments
- Regularly meet with the Key Accounts and join visits with other Team members when needed
- Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach understanding competition
- Write and present presentations to customers and PI Management
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory and key accounts
- This is a customer facing role, regular travel is a requirement
- Bachelors degree, Engineering or Business
- 5+ years in a similar role in Sales of technical products
- Demonstrable history of success
- Languages: Fluent in English and an additional language, German, French or Italian, spoken and written. Any further European language is a plus.
- Valid European driving license
